PORTFOLIO
DEC-Alliance is building Europe's digital backbone through a portfolio of complementary technology, infrastructure, and IT service providers in vital sectors. Companies that are a good fit in terms of content and can strengthen each other, without this being imposed.
Collaboration arises from entrepreneurship, not from structure. What binds these companies is not a uniform model, but a shared conviction: digital infrastructure requires ownership, dedication, and long-term responsibility. Ten companies have now joined, with activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

The group consists of seven independent labels. As an example: Approximately 30% of the Dutch hospital market operates with infrastructure managed or secured by Intermax. When this fails, medical processes stagnate. In a hospital context, this puts direct patient safety under pressure and human lives can be endangered.
