PORTFOLIO
The DEC Alliance is building Europe's digital backbone through a portfolio of complementary technology, infrastructure, and IT service providers in vital sectors. These companies are a good fit and can strengthen each other, without being forced to do so.
Collaboration stems from entrepreneurship, not structure. What unites these companies isn't a uniform model, but a shared belief: digital infrastructure requires ownership, dedication, and long-term responsibility. Ten companies with operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France have now joined.

Part of the Intermax Group: active for over thirty years, the group is firmly established in managed services, cloud security, and digital continuity for healthcare, government, and critical infrastructure. The group now consists of seven independent and highly specialized brands. For example: Approximately 30% of the Dutch hospital market uses infrastructure that is managed or secured by Intermax. When this fails, medical processes immediately stagnate. In a hospital setting, this directly puts patient safety at risk and can ultimately endanger lives.
Part of the Avisi Group : active for over twenty-five years in software development and managed solutions within compliance-driven environments. The group consists of three independent labels with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. For example, within the notarial chain, Avisi manages systems for mortgage transactions and property transfers, among other things. If this chain fails, legal and contractual transactions grind to a halt, creating immediate uncertainty about ownership, transactions, and legal validity.
